Using the creativity support index to evaluate a product-service system design toolkit

The design of product-service systems is one the more recent evolutions in field and innovation. approach for designing products services an integrated way holds opportunity developing value user entire chain. Despite existence various PSS tools methods to optimise this creative development process, it remains unclear what extent full array supports team their work. In paper, we present results four years iterative evaluation a Design Toolkit deployed graduate education setting, using creativity support index (CSI), psychometrically-validated instrument. By CSI longitudinally, enabled us iteratively improve better future generation designers challenges that come with these systems.
